Condition Guide
S – Brand New / Never Worn
Item is in perfect condition, never used or worn. May still have original tags or packaging. No signs of wear whatsoever.
A – Excellent Condition
Gently worn with minimal signs of use. The item has been very well maintained and shows no significant flaws. Fabric, hardware, and structure remain in top condition.
B – Very Good Condition
Some light signs of wear such as minor scuffing, faint scratches, or natural fading, but nothing that affects the overall appearance or functionality. Clean and wearable as-is.
C – Good Condition
Visible signs of use throughout: moderate wear, patina, or surface marks. May include small defects that are clearly described in the listing (e.g. minor stains, light pilling, or hardware wear).
D – Fair Condition
Heavily used with notable flaws. Shows strong signs of wear such as stains, discoloration, or damage. Still usable, often selected for its rarity or vintage appeal. All issues are detailed in the description.
Return Policy
No worries — if something’s not quite right, you’ve got 14 days after receiving your order to send it back.
Here’s the deal:
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are on you (unless there was a mistake on our side).
• Sale and custom items can’t be returned, sorry.
How to do it:

2. We’ll send you the return instructions.
3. Send the item back within 7 days after getting our go-ahead.
Refunds:
Once we get your item and check it, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method — usually within 5 to 10 business days.
